Shipping Delivery Times

When an order is placed on our site, it is usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If there is any delay in the processing or shipping of your order, we will contact you. Once your items have been shipped, we will generate a shipping confirmation e-mail that will detail your order information and a link to track your package(s).

Ground shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. Orders shipped within California usually take 1-3 business days.

At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

 

 

Shipping Options

For all orders under $50, we charge a flat $8 shipping fee.

For all orders over $50, shipping is free.

We also provide the option to pick up in-store at no cost.

 

 

Please note:. Delivery times do not include Sundays or Holidays.

 

Methods of Payment:

Payments

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. COMMON cannot accept cash, checks, or money orders. A 9% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the state of California.

At this time gift cards or store credit are not available for use online. This is a feature that we hope to be available in the near future.

Discounts

Discounted orders are subject to the following conditions:

  • Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. All orders doing so will be voided.
  • Multiple use of one-time-use discount codes will result in your order being voided. 
  • Discounts cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases.
  • Discount codes may not be used towards the purchase of gift vouchers.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or store credit.
